Rent your unique Verginale piece! 

Renting is the best way to support small brands and having a unique look for special occasions, being sustainable!

Rental of our pieces is available for Shootings, performances and private events. 

Any public use of our pieces must be credited to Verginale.

Please note: only items  from €200,00 onwards can be rented. 

RENTAL FEE.

​Rented items are charged of a fee amounting  25% of the Retail value for each rental day. 

A Deposit of 50% of the Retail value is required prior to the rental. 

If the item is going to be returned in the same condition as it was given, the deposit will be fully refunded to the Renter. 

In case of demages or loss of parts, the Deposit will be use to fix the returned item.

In case of total loss or irreparable damage, the Renter shall compensate Verginale up to the declared Retail value of the item. 

RENTAL PERIOD.

Rental Period starts from the minimum of 24 hours to the maximum of 48 hours, starting from the moment of handing over the piece(s) to the Renter. 

Each day of Rental is calculated as 25% of Retail Value.

Any extension requires prior written consent.

Before any Handover, the item condition will be documented in a report from our side.

RETURNS.

The Rental Items must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear. Late return may result in additional fees of 25% Retail Value per day.

The condition upon return shall be documented and compared with the handover report.

HANDOVER AND DELIVERY.

We are offering different deliveries option to offer you the best solution:

- Personal delivery and pick-up to the renter address (only within the City of Berlin) with a fee of €50,00. As soon as the item will be handover, the rental period will start.

-Availability to pick-up and deliver the Rented item from our atelier (free of charge).

-Any other delivery method (Couriers and so on), in or outside the city of Berlin is fully covered by the Renter. The Rental fee starts to be calculated from the moment of delivery to the renter and stops at the moment of handover to the Delivery office or Courrier in order to be shipped back.

If the rental days (including the delivery periods) exceeds 7 working days an extra fee of €100,00 may be requested.

RENTAL FOR STYLISTS.

We lend our pieces to stylists for editorials and shootings for a maximum period of 3 days, including pick-up and return (unless otherwise agreed). 

We kindly ask in return:

- Proper credit in any public use of images featuring our pieces.
- High-quality photos and videos (where applicable) featuring our pieces.
- Permission to promote and use the resulting materials across our social media channels (posts, reels, and stories).

All loaned pieces must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, allowing for normal wear and tear.
Please note: Any alteration of the items, including cutting, dyeing, distressing, or making them wet, is strictly prohibited.
